At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management.

We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.

The Sr. Manager Demand Gen/Growth will own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate conversion across enterprise and mid-market accounts. You’ll directly manage two BDRs, lead external agencies and vendors, and partner closely with sales leadership to drive measurable revenue impact.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across ABM, digital marketing, paid media, email campaigns, outbound, and performance analytics.

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in NYC

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of 2 BDRs against a named target account list: set their targets and sequences, coach on messaging, and be accountable for meetings booked and how many of those meetings become pipeline.

  • Develop and execute integrated growth strategies to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with sales to target, engage, and convert priority accounts

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure aligned messaging, lead handoff processes, and closed-loop measurement between marketing and sales.

  • Manage highly targeted, ABM list driven digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels.

  • Build and enrich lists, landing pages, etc to support your campaigns

  • Manage external agencies and vendors supporting digital ads, content creation, and event production.

  • Define and own key performance metrics (account engagement, meetings booked, pipeline contribution, ROI) and report on progress against goals.

  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing channels to improve conversion rates and efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of emerging B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and growth, principally AI tools that drive marketing efficiencies and increase engagement and conversions.

You’ll be successful in this role if you…

  • Have a passion for generating pipeline and collaborating with your sales and marketing colleagues to drive revenue.

  • Have a creative mind for conceiving innovative, engaging campaigns.

  • Are metrics-driven / outcome driven with an ability to quickly test, measure and adjust campaigns and programs to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Proven success in developing and executing lead generation and ABM strategies that drive meaningful pipeline growth.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, CRM, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Able to travel for offsites or events

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain software sector.

  • Experience building a growth marketing engine from scratch at an early stage SaaS.
