You will be instrumental in enhancing the future capabilities of Kraft Heinz through the development and implementation of our global strategy.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, & collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on development plan and corresponding roles & responsibilities to ensure timely execution
  • Identify key capability gaps and develop targeted plans to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of global capabilities
  • Partner with Global Functional Leads & Solution Partners to identity, design and deliver impactful capability plans & strategies
  • Prioritize projects & resources to align with capability roadmaps
  • Participate in quarterly and annual routine updates on capability development

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
