Overview
The Senior Manager, Polaris Integration Product Owner is accountable for the backlog and roadmap of integrations and interfaces across Polaris CRM and connected applications. This includes websites, DocuSign, Hermes/SMS, secure messaging, and data pipelines. The role defines API contracts, non-functional requirements, and release plans to ensure seamless interoperability between Salesforce and integrated platforms. This role translates business requirements into scalable solutions and ensures timely delivery through close coordination with Business Analysts, Admins, and Development teams.

• Lead technology selection and vendor evaluation processes, including contracting and implementation, to ensure optimal solutions and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery.
• Maintain governance and prioritization frameworks, enabling transparent decision-making and effective resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets and actual spend, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to commercial and digital processes.
• Review functional and technical designs to confirm usability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Actively participate in program governance, communicating goals, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management.
• 6 + years of experience in product solutions management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, and/or project management.
• Proven success delivering solutions using Agile development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Disciplined Agile).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong financial and budget acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
