The Marketing Analytics team, part of Marketing Analytics and Operations, partners closely with Marketing leaders and team members across Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Sales Development to transform data into insights that inform and drive business decisions. We use data to understand customer behaviour, measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing investments, and uncover growth opportunities.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst, Digital & Web, to transform data into insights and recommendations that drive optimization of our Web experience and Digital Marketing investments. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong analytical skills and deep experience in digital and web analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital measurement strategy and frameworks to support the Web experience and Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with Web and Digital marketing teams to understand business objectives and deliver data and analytics solutions that enable data-informed decision making
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio and PowerBI dashboards to automate performance measurement of web and paid media KPIs and leading indicators
  • Drive actionable insights and recommendation to improve digital campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and ROAS
  • Identify and interpret web traffic and conversion trends to inform UX, content, and conversion rate optimization
  • Support A/B testing through hypothesis development, measurement, and analysis of test results
  • Partner with data architecture and engineering teams to integrate data from multiple platforms (e.g. ad platforms, Web analytics, CRM) to enable end-to-end digital marketing reporting and analysis
  • Implement and maintain web analytics tracking and ensure data accuracy through tagging QA
  • Proactively evaluate and apply digital marketing trends and analytics best practices to continuously improve reporting and insights
What will help you succeed
  • Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing analytics role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, funnel metrics, A/B testing and other campaign measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrated proficiency using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (preferred) or Adobe Analytics
  • Hands-on experience building and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio or similar visualization tools
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and 3rd party partners.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, annual salary of $91K - $125K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
