  • Design and deliver multi-channel scalable marketing programs including executive events, third-party sponsorships, webinars, digital campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives and customer programs.

  • Drive field marketing strategy and execution across key European markets, tailoring programs to local business needs while maintaining alignment with global marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field and Partner Marketing teams to maximize program effectiveness and market impact.

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing activities including planning, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, communications, lead management, and post-event follow-up.

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies in partnership with sales teams to engage priority accounts and accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise market reach and program success.

  • Present marketing plans, results, and recommendations to senior sales and marketing leadership.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industries.

  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-country integrated field marketing and demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies, account-based marketing, and modern demand generation approaches.

  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and influencing go-to-market strategy.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across diverse markets and stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline influence, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ideally fluency in English and Spanish and/or French.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
