Job Description:
- Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing for ongoing projects and improvements
- Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install software applications/operating systems
- Manage new releases and updates to systems (NetSuite), test updates, and effectively roll out new features
- Perform coordination of system configurations between NetSuite and other third-party systems
- Troubleshoot problems including system interface/integration issues
- Support all end user requests and provide issue resolution for NetSuite internal users
- Collaborating with other teams such as IT, finance, and sales to implement new processes and workflows
- Support the creation of documentation and training material
- Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding
- Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite / SuiteScript background
- Object Oriented Programming Experience Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Design and support custom reporting in NetSuite
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Project management, system implementation and system integration experience;
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills: ability to form relationships both externally and internally
- Time management skills
- Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
- Ability to support all new integration and data migration
- Experienced with cross-domain, cross-functional, and multi-platform expertise
