The Lowe's Law Department is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Paralegal to support a broad range of commercial and general litigation matters, with a particular focus on discovery. This role will partner closely with in-house counsel, outside counsel, and internal business clients to manage key litigation workflows, including document collection, custodial outreach, written discovery, deposition preparation, and matter organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong litigation paralegal experience across all phases of a case, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail. Experience supporting patent or other intellectual property litigation is a plus but not required.

What you will do
Specific additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support attorneys in a broad range of commercial, general, and other litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Lead and coordinate discovery-related work, including litigation hold implementation, document collection, custodian outreach, document organization, and production workflows.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing draft interrogatory responses, requests for production, and other written discovery materials
- Organize facts, documents, and key issues to support case strategy, early case assessment, and ongoing matter management.
- Prepare chronologies, witness files, exhibit sets, and other case materials for attorney use in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial.
- Support deposition preparation, including coordinating logistics, organizing exhibits, preparing document files, and assisting attorneys before and during depositions as needed.
- Serve as a liaison among outside counsel, in-house counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal business partners to facilitate timely and defensible collection and production of documents and data
- Maintain matter files, deadlines, and reporting in electronic matter-management and document-management systems
- Assist attorneys with factual research, internal investigations, and preparation of presentations and briefings for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare internal reports and track litigation-related information, including matter updates, forecasts, budgets, invoices, and related metrics.
- Support patent and other IP litigation matters as needed, including document collection, fact development, and coordination with technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6 years of experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm
- 4 years of experience multi-tasking and handling large volumes of work
- 2 years of experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm
- 2 years of experience working with complex legal concepts and/or on broad-scope legal research projects
- 2 years of experience interpreting complex laws, regulations, rules and standard operating procedures and making recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience drafting legal documents that require moderate to extensive customization
- 5 years of experience synthesizing large bodies of legal and broad-scope regulatory research
- Experience with matter management systems
