As a Sr. Product Manager, Local Listings & Reputation Management on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Own and evolve Neighborly’s Local Listings & Reputation strategy by defining enterprise standards, managing budgets, and driving the roadmap to improve local visibility, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Manage and optimize presence across all major local discovery platforms (e.g., GBP, Yelp, Meta, Apple Maps), ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-performing listings that drive conversion (calls, clicks, bookings).
  • Lead scalable reputation management and analytics, including review generation, monitoring, response strategy, and sentiment insights to enhance trust, influence customer decisions, and inform service improvements and retention opportunities.
  • Drive performance optimization, reporting, and data integration, partnering with Marketing Analytics, Product, and IT to connect listing engagement to funnel metrics and revenue, and to build dashboards, data pipelines, and multi-location capabilities.
  • Leverage AI, tools, and operational leadership to scale the program, including automation, vendor and team management, technology selection, and serving as SME while driving innovation in local discovery and emerging channels.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, local SEO, listings management, or reputation management, with a strong emphasis on multi-location or franchise environments
    • 3+ years of leadership experience managing, hiring, and developing high-performing teams, with demonstrated ability to scale operations across multiple brands or locations
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Business Profile Insights, Google Analytics, and reputation management platforms to measure performance and drive optimization decisions.
    • Deep understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and review management, including the role of reviews as a key driver of search visibility and customer trust.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field required
    • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
    • Our office locations are:

      • 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX
