  • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analyses, and customer discovery to define problems and identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Product Definition & Requirements: Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycles.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners. Build strong relationships and foster alignment across a global organization.

  • Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and feedback.

  • Partner Strategy: Evaluate and define strategies for partnerships to enhance value and increase speed to market.

  • Navigate Ambiguity: Embrace a growth mindset and hands on mentality to approach complex challenges in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of enterprise B2B software, SaaS or platform-based solutions from strategy through launch and scale.

  • Demonstrated success translating customer and market insight into a focused product strategy, roadmap, requirements and measurable commercial outcomes.

  • Experience working across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, solutions, delivery and operations in a complex global organization.

  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including business cases, prioritization, pricing and packaging, product metrics and investment trade-offs.

  • Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence without authority and build alignment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience; a master's degree is welcome but not required.

Media-domain experience :

  • Experience with media and entertainment technology, sports content, corporate archives, cultural heritage, digital preservation, media operations or adjacent domains.

  • Working knowledge of digital asset management or media asset management, audiovisual preservation, rich-media formats and workflows, metadata and taxonomy, and archive discovery.

  • Familiarity with multimodal AI, semantic search, transcription and enrichment, rights and permissions, provenance, licensing, secure sharing, and content monetization.

  • Experience evaluating ecosystem partners and integrating third-party platforms, specialist services or AI capabilities into a coherent customer solution.
