Join Honeywell’s high-visibility F-35 Navigation Team as a Senior Program Manager and help shape the future of mission-critical aerospace navigation systems. Reporting to the F-35 Program Director, you will lead cross-functional teams responsible for planning and executing DMS projects that sustain the viability of the Inertial Navigation and Tactical Navigation Systems on the F-35, while also supporting Trade Study and Special Test Equipment programs. This role offers meaningful technical complexity, strong executive exposure, and the opportunity to expand into additional Navigation programs across the LM Aero portfolio as capacity permits.

ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Own project scope, objectives, and deliverables while partnering closely with engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and customer-facing teams
  • Lead matrixed teams to deliver cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality commitments on programs that directly support the F-35 mission
  • Translate business objectives into clear execution strategies, practical plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Build and execute integrated project plans within approved budget, schedule, and resource constraints
  • Adhere to Honeywell’s Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) process and its phase gate reviews
  • Employ tools and processes for setting and maintaining robust project and technical baselines
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PM processes and practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks; identify and propose opportunities
  • Engage stakeholders with clear issue summaries, practical options, and timely corrective-action recommendations
  • Communicate complex project, technical, and financial status with confidence to internal leaders, customer stakeholders, and executive audiences
  • Comply with OPSEC, CUI, and export regulations and laws
  • Update Earned Value metrics based on project execution
  • Ensure project billings are submitted on time

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $173,000-$216,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of engineering project management experience, ideally in complex technical or regulated environments
  • PMI certification or commitment to obtain certification within 6 months, sponsored by Honeywell Aerospace
