As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a vital technical leader driving the design, installation, and end-to-end execution of capital and engineering projects that give our brands a competitive edge. Embedded directly within our site technical and engineering communities, you will combine hands-on technical mastery with strategic project ownership—turning bold ideas into high-impact operational realities.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in a comparable technical engineering role (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry preferred).
• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of a designated functional engineering domain—specifically Process or Packaging.
• Engineering Acumen: Strong proficiency across core engineering and capital project fundamentals (Process, Packaging, Electrical, Controls, or Construction Management).
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional projects from conceptual design through commissioning and handover.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing environments or start-up-style operational agility.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring safe, secure, on-time, and environmentally responsible execution.
• Technical Ownership: Deploy deep functional expertise (Process/Packaging) to deliver high-quality technical solutions that provide a tangible competitive advantage.
• Team Collaboration & Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional project teams, site technical staff, and local engineering communities, empowering members to proactively deliver milestones.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture by complying with and reinforcing all site safety, security, quality, and environmental standards.
• Culture & Capability Building: Foster an environment built on trust, transparency, and accountability while actively driving personal technical growth and mentoring peers.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule).  Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
