Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Location: Fully Remote in the USA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to join our team and skillfully configure, support, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform. This team member will help drive business process improvements through data analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation with Salesforce administration best practices in mind. The ideal candidate will be adept in eliciting stakeholder requirements and implementing Salesforce solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with end users to triage their requests and provide quick resolution and follow-up responses to issues.

  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements for strategic initiatives, enhancing how Salesforce will support a team’s business process.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and Salesforce system architecture changes.

  • Implement Salesforce solutions after careful solution design, customizing Salesforce by creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, and installing managed packages.

  • Provide on-going, proactive support of existing and future Salesforce configuration.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and drive informed business decisions.

  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

  • Initiate analysis and help improve upon data accuracy within Salesforce.

  • Perform testing and validation of Salesforce configuration. Monitor performance, scalability and refactor existing sub-optimal features.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce Product Owner to prioritize enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certification Required.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud required

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A dynamic desire to improve upon the end user’s experience and solve problems.

Preferred Job Requirements::

  • Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and its interaction with Salesforce a plus.

  • Previous experience installing managed packages and configuring integrations preferred.
