Design, configure, develop, and administer Salesforce solutions using LWC, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and APIs. Support Sales and Service Cloud, perform requirements and gap analysis, author design specs, participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile ceremonies, and coordinate integrations and stakeholder communication to ensure usability and adoption.
TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Salesforce Developer to join the team of an enterprise client. This a fully remote long-term 12m+ contract.
Summary: Configure, administer, and develop within Salesforce using Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure, administer and develop within Salesforce using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, API, SOQL, and Flows.
- Strong Experience with the Service and Sales Cloud
- Strong Service and Sales Cloud Administration capabilities
- Perform requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, performance testing, and deployments of enhancements.
- Author comprehensive design specifications and review Salesforce designs that vendors or teammates produce.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure solutions is optimized and aligns with the business requirement.
- Stay abreast of the current and future Salesforce feature set relevant to our organization, in addition to general industry IT trends, and offer suggestions for team to adopt forward thinking features and technology.
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce functionality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and other project teams to design and develop interfaces with other external applications.
- Support and maintain the applications on Salesforce.com
- Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption.
- Participate in standardizing the coding guidelines and best practices adopted by the team.
- Provide estimates of the hours for work that comes into the enhancement pipeline.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups and develop using SCRUM methodology.
Requirements
- Functional knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Strong LWC and Lightning Coding skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and Administration with Sales and Service Cloud
- Must have a PD2
The base pay range for this role is $55 – $65 per hour.
