The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Sr Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Analyst to join our Enterprise IT team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting of our Pardot (MCAE) platform, supporting lead generation, nurturing, and engagement strategies aligned with overall business goals.  


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) platform, including account settings, business units, user roles, scoring/grading models, and email authentication protocols. 
  • Design, build, and maintain automated lead nurturing programs using Engagement Studio, aligned to various stages of the buyer journey. 
  • Develop and manage Pardot assets including forms, form handlers, landing pages, dynamic content, and custom redirects. 
  • Create and manage dynamic and static segmentation lists to support targeted marketing initiatives and campaign execution. 
  • Build and design email marketing campaigns; conduct quality assurance to ensure optimal rendering across platforms and devices. 
  • Maintain data quality through routine hygiene practices, including duplicate management, bounce handling, opt-out tracking, and prospect cleanup. 
  • Ensure effective integration and synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce CRM, resolving sync errors. 
  • Configure and refine lead scoring and grading models in partnership with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to improve lead qualification. 
  • Customize and set up marketing funnels, segmentation logic, and dashboards to support campaign performance and reporting needs. 
  • Generate actionable insights by leveraging Pardot reports, Salesforce dashboards, and B2B Marketing Analytics (B2BMA). 
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of campaign attribution models, lifecycle tracking, and strategic workflows to support cross-departmental marketing goals. 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, automated technical designs across Pardot and Salesforce platforms. 
  • Perform Salesforce admin functions as needed to support marketing workflows (e.g., custom fields, flows, validation rules). 
  • Stay current on Salesforce and Pardot product releases; identify and implement enhancements, including Einstein features, and new automation capabilities. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT to align platform use with broader business goals. 
  • Maintain internal documentation, platform governance materials, and contribute to user training and adoption initiatives. 
  • Integrate new tools with Pardot as needed to meet evolving marketing requirements, and manage the existing software stack (e.g., Oktopost, Cvent, 6sense, GoToWebinar, etc.). 


 

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce Pardot (MCAE), including platform configuration and campaign execution. 

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, grading, segmentation, and campaign attribution. 

  • Proficient in developing Pardot assets and automation rules, including Engagement Studio programs and segmentation strategies. 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Pardot-Salesforce sync architecture, and B2B Marketing Analytics (B2BMA). 

  • Proven experience maintaining data hygiene, compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations. 

  • Analytical mindset with experience generating and interpreting insights using Pardot and Salesforce dashboards. 

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Salesforce Certifications preferred: 

  • Marketing Cloud Administrator 

  • Marketing Cloud Consultant 

  • Marketing Cloud developer 

  • Salesforce Administrator 

  • Experience integrating and managing Oktopost, Cvent, 6sense, GoToWebinar, etc.
