Overview:

Combines technical SEO expertise with content strategy, analytics, and long-term planning. Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution by building roadmaps, analyzing performance data, and implementing optimizations that deliver measurable business impact.Responsibilities:
- Develops and owns a multi-quarter SEO roadmap aligned with marketing and business growth goals
- Translates business priorities into actionable SEO initiatives that support pipeline, brand visibility, and audience reach
- Establishes SEO governance and best practices across digital teams and drives a culture of SEO-first thinking in website and campaign planning
- Partners with content teams to produce high-impact, search-optimized assets and create keyword-to-content mapping frameworks to guide editorial planning
- Leads ongoing optimization of legacy content to improve rankings and engagement
- Ensures all web content adheres to SEO best practices without sacrificing brand voice
- Supports content performance testing and iterative improvements while collaborating on landing page optimization to improve organic conversion rates
- Advocates for SEO integration early in content ideation and campaign planning
- Collaborates with the Website & Performance Marketing Manager to align content publishing with technical SEO, site structure, and overall web performance
- Conducts SEO audits and reviews keywords, traffic, engagement performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Identifies opportunities for content syndication, backlinks, and strategic partnerships to strengthen domain authority
- Delivers monthly and quarterly reporting that translates performance data to inform future content decisions
- Applies audience, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy, enhance content relevance, and improve ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Typically with 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Asana strongly preferred
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar)
- Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, and analytics platforms
- Understanding of CMS platforms and website workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong knowledge of and interest in the architecture/interior design industry preferred
- Excellent expertise in strategic global content marketing and SEO
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers; ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and connect content efforts to measurable growth
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to define clear digital content standards and best practices
- Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
