Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are currently seeking a Sr. Social Media Strategist, Temporary to join our expanding Strategy team. This team is responsible for developing innovative digital brand strategies and RFP proposals for our entertainment, video game and consumer brand clients. The Sr. Social Media Strategist, Temporary will act as a thought leader on the team - collaborating across departments, creating strategic partnership with clients and building comprehensive social media marketing strategies and proposals.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in creating buy in and leading digital and social media campaigns. Successful candidates must have experience in the digital or social media space.
Your Impact
- Works with client leads at DMM to build winning pitches for incoming RFPs to secure new business for various departments
- Ensures strategic deliverables connect through a central storytelling narrative that aligns with the clients business goals and objectives
- Act as an executive level thought leader and problem solver for clients to devise and implement new and novel strategic opportunities
- Leads and creates robust digital and social media campaign and brand strategies - both in concise documents and extensive slide presentations
- Digests and analyzes social media insights and data to make informed strategic decisions
- Foster collaborative relationships with DMM department leaders to infuse expertise and latest learnings into campaign strategies
- Shows proficiency and mastery of social media platforms, possessing a strong awareness of the latest trends and updates across platforms
- Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives
- Contribute and build best-practice recommendations for platform and social updates that power our internal teams and client campaign decisions
Your Experience
- 5-7 Years of experience in the social media space
- Strong understanding and knowledge of various dimensions of social marketing: social platforms, community management, influencer marketing, social creative, etc.
- Well-versed in the value of social as Taste Maker and Team Player, holding a firm grasp on how social can collaborate and augment integrated campaigns - but still proudly stand alone to achieve max impact
- Ability to develop and maintain timelines for respective projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills
- Strong knowledge of fantasy and sci-fi genres and be well versed in film and video game campaigns
- Strong grasp on analytics and translating data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
