Our Focus on Agentic AI

At Crisp, we are increasingly focused on Agentic AI, using intelligent autonomous agents to drive decision-making, automation, and insights for our customers. This includes integrating AI-powered agents into our analytics workflows, enabling faster data exploration, contextualized recommendations, and automated actions based on real-time business signals. Required Skills:

  • PowerBI, including Tabular Editor for semantic model development and optimization
  • BigQuery for querying and working with large-scale datasets in our cloud data warehouse
  • dbt for data transformation and modeling
  • GitHub for version control and peer collaboration
  • Jira for agile work tracking
  • Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows and deployment of analytics components
Signs of a Great Candidate for a Sr. Software Engineer (Analytics & Data Modeling):
  • Focus on the business problem. You are passionate about using visualizations to tell stories and glean actionable insights. In order to tell the story the right way, you need to understand how the business works and how to communicate it effectively to different stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and user experience. You feel strongly about not just making Business Intelligence visually appealing, but also ensuring that it’s easy to learn and a pleasure to use.
  • Technical curiosity and tooling depth. You understand how analytics tools interface with data models and infrastructure and are eager to dig deep.
  • Experience with data transformation, version control, and deployment. You're confident using tools like dbt, GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps, and BigQuery as part of a modern analytics workflow.
  • Interest in AI-driven analytics. You are excited by the prospect of integrating Agentic AI capabilities into BI workflows and driving adoption of emerging technologies that make analytics more adaptive and proactive.


Crisp’s Business Intelligence Stack:

  • Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. The fundamentals of the Crisp Data Platform are built on the Google Cloud Platform, with our primary data warehouse in Google BigQuery. Many of our customers use Microsoft Azure technologies, and we are therefore deeply integrated with Azure technologies such as Synapse, Analysis Services, and PowerBI Premium.
  • Microsoft PowerBI (with Tabular Editor expertise). Our embedded BI tooling leverages PowerBI capabilities to meet our customers’ needs for rich, interactive analytics experiences.
  • Modern data and collaboration tools. We leverage dbt for data transformation, GitHub for code versioning, Azure DevOps for deployment workflows, and Jira for work management in agile teams.
