Job Summary: 

The Sr. Solutions Consultant, OEMS Specialist will lead the end-to-end pre-sales cycle, providing functional and technical support to prospective and existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, this individual will work consultatively with both clients and internal teams to drive new business and support revenue goals. The core focus of the role is to assess client requirements and deliver compelling demonstrations of Clearwater's Order and Execution Management capabilities — translating platform features into clear, client-specific value.  Responsibilities: 

  • Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on the Enfusion order and execution management module and the broader Clearwater Enterprise platform for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously evolve domain expertise across all current developments, enhancements, and competitive differentiators of the CWAN Enfusion platform (SaaS and Managed Services) across all lines of business
  • Evaluate customer business and technical needs with a consultative approach; collaborate with sales on strategy and prepare and deliver high-quality, solution-led demonstrations and conversations to business and technical stakeholders at prospective firms
  • Prepare high-quality responses to RFI/Ps and effectively handle client objections, adapting demonstrations of functional product capabilities to meet client needs
  • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders from procurement through delivery, as well as internally with Clearwater and Enfusion product, sales, and client services teams
  • Assist the sales organization in identifying and resolving business operation pain points, providing quantifiable metrics that demonstrate cost/time reduction and improvements in scale and effectiveness for potential and existing clients
  • 10–20% travel required under normal circumstances

Required Skills:  

  • Mandatory experience in financial markets, with buy-side exposure preferred; working knowledge of Front, Middle, and Back Office operations
  • Hands-on experience with Order and Execution Management Software and in-depth knowledge of competing OMS/EMS platforms (Eze Software, Charles River, Flextrade, Neovest, etc.)
  • Experience in pre-sales or sales delivering software solutions to financial services institutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to thoroughly understand client businesses, workflows, and pain points; excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or comparable sales methodologies (Miller-Heiman or similar)
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business units to facilitate and communicate prospect requirements and deliverables

Education and Experience:  

  • BA/BS degree required; technical degree preferred, though Finance, Economics, or Business Management acceptable
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in the software services industry, with fintech or regtech strongly preferred

 

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $168,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
