Key responsibilities Strategy & market definition

  • Identify and prioritize high impact subrogation detection and automation use cases across lines (auto, property, workers’ compensation) and states.
  • Define a long-term product and business vision that justifies carrier investment in automation and analytics.
  • Help segment the market with relevant business variables (LOB, claim volume, state law/regulatory differences).
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to translate market segmentation into targeted offerings and client use cases.

Go-to-market execution & client engagement

  • Support in developing discovery frameworks and lead/substantively contribute to client discovery workshops.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to present the subrogation automation vision to Heads/Chiefs of Claims and other executives.
  • Define client success metrics, KPIs, and business case templates to quantify ROI and track adoption.

Demo & enablement

  • Define priority demo scenarios and state/product specific use cases with GTM and product teams.
  • Work with Solutions Consulting, Data Science, and engineering to build demo content, realistic data scenarios, and talk tracks that show business impact.
  • Create training materials, run enablement sessions, and coach internal teams on positioning and use case storytelling.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years’ experience working at or closely with insurance claims organizations with a strong focus on subrogation/recovery.
  • Hands on knowledge across personal and commercial lines, with emphasis on auto, property, and workers’ compensation.
  • Deep understanding of the US insurance ecosystem claims workflows, and state level legal/regulatory nuances affecting subrogation.
  • Excellent communicator: able to make complex concepts simple and tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently and deliver recommendations that drive product and commercial decisions.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (specify % if required)

 Nice to have

  • Experience with claims automation platforms, analytics, or AI-driven detection tools.
  • Prior experience in presales, product marketing, or solutions consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks and building business cases for technology investments.
