  • Hourly Rate:$75-$85/hr

 

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager - W2 Contract at Burwood, you will oversee the full lifecycle of strategic projects and programs within our transportation client account, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will apply both industry and Burwood best practices to achieve best-in-class execution and proactive financial management. Beyond project delivery, you will deepen enterprise client relationships by driving measurable outcomes, expanding engagement, and positioning Burwood for future opportunities. You will also model program management excellence for PMO and Professional Services peers, demonstrating precision, collaboration, and consultative leadership.

  • Proven Program/Senior Project Manager with expertise in large-scale ERP/HCM initiatives, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM migration from Oracle EBS.
  • Direct experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Skilled at building projects from the ground up (charter, governance, scheduling, budgeting).
  • Strong communicator with ability to partner across executives, IT, and business leaders.
  • Adept at integrating offshore/remote resources and coordinating with third-party implementers.
  • Experienced in managing multi-year programs with budgets in the $3–$5M range.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments.

Qualifications

Who You Are

The Senior Project Manager / Program Manager will lead a high-visibility initiative to migrate from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM. This role requires strong program management expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders, vendors, and remote teams.

  • Proven success leading large-scale ERP/HCM programs.
  • Direct experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Expertise in building projects from the ground up (charter, governance, scheduling, budgeting).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across executives, IT, and business leaders.
  • Experience coordinating third-party implementers and integrating offshore/remote resources.
  • Background managing multi-year programs with $3–$5M budgets.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments.

The Tech Stuff

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading technical (Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, eAM, Procurement, Financials, dashboards/reporting) and advisory projects.
  • Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • At least one project management certification (PMP or CSM preferred)

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience managing programs during merger and acquisition cycles.
  • Transportation industry exposure, especially with large-scale IT implementations.
