Primary Responsibilities
- Completes a variety of activities as it relates to the financial statement close process including certain revenue and operating expense accruals.
- Performs analytical review of certain revenues and operating expenses.
- Performs general ledger reconciliations.
- Assists in and completes certain deliverables related to annual and quarterly analysis.
- Assists with the preparation of the Company’s income tax workpapers and prepares supporting documentation for annual tax return filings.
- Provides support and participates in the gathering of information for internal and external audits.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI productivity tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Comfort working alongside automated systems and evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
- Identifies ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.
- Participates in special projects as assigned by management.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- At least two years experience in a similar role.
- CPA preferred.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to interpret a variety of data.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Accounting software.
