Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen.

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

The Performance Marketing Manager at Boulevard is a high-impact, high-ownership role responsible for designing and scaling our AI-powered growth engine. You should be obsessed with mastering marketing channel execution and testing to drive meaningful business results.

This is not a traditional channel management role. You will operate as a systems thinker and growth architect, defining how we acquire, convert, and expand our customer base across the full funnel of our marketing channel mix. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Creative to ensure our marketing investments translate into efficient pipeline and revenue.

You will leverage AI-native tools and automation to orchestrate campaigns at scale—while maintaining full accountability for performance, efficiency, and business outcomes. Your work will directly shape how Boulevard grows, how we allocate capital, and how we compete in a rapidly evolving market.

Experience/Skills Needed:
  • 6–10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS
  • Proven ownership of pipeline, CAC, and revenue-driving outcomes—not just channel metrics
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and payback
  • Strong systems thinking: ability to design and improve end-to-end acquisition funnels across channels and touchpoints
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models - you’ll be testing ads and changes on a regular basis.
  • Experience working with modern martech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools) and partnering with RevOps on data quality and measurement
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, decisions, and investment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of message-market fit, even when leveraging AI-generated creative

Bonus Experience

  • Experience building or scaling AI-assisted marketing workflows or experimentation systems
  • Background in SMB-focused or multi-location business models
  • Experience with blended CAC modeling, marketing mix modeling, or advanced forecasting
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HockeyStack, Looker, or similar analytics tools
  • Experience integrating paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing into a unified growth strategy

Day-to-day:

  • Design and continuously improve Boulevard’s end-to-end growth system—from acquisition through pipeline and revenue
  • Define budget allocation strategies, optimization goals, and performance constraints for AI-driven campaign execution
  • Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages to drive measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency
  • Evaluate performance through a business lens—focusing on pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact rather than platform-level metrics
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance, and feed those insights back into marketing strategy
  • Guide creative strategy by identifying high-performing concepts, refining messaging, and ensuring strong channel–message fit
  • Monitor AI-driven outputs and make strategic adjustments to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
  • Build clear reporting and narratives that connect marketing investment to business outcomes for leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging channels, technologies, and automation
  •

At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For U.S. based candidates, the anticipated base salary range is $86,500 - $118,000 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.

In addition to the wonderful people you’ll get to work with and challenging projects that’ll push you - Boulevard is here to make sure you’re always at the top of your game emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  • ✨ We’ve got you covered with a 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.

  • 🏝 Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.

  • 🖥 Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work. You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month.

  • 💚 Family planning resources and specialized support programs.

  • 🔮 Equity: get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard.

  • 💅 Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve.
