What you’ll do:

• Lead technical design for cross-team initiatives.

• Define coding standards and best practices that simplify complexity.

• Mentor engineers at all levels to grow technical depth across the org.

• Collaborate with leadership to align architecture and product roadmaps.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

• Proven record designing and scaling distributed systems.

• Strong programming expertise in at least one core language.

• Track record of technical leadership and effective mentorship.

• A systems-first mindset — you believe consistent practices matter more than lofty goals.
