Lead end-to-end HR functions including workforce planning, full-cycle recruiting, structured onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and retention, training and development, HR systems and compliance, employer branding, and executive partnership to track KPIs and improve employee lifecycle outcomes.

Ensure the company attracts, hires, develops and retains top talent by leading strategic workforce planning, full‑cycle recruiting, structured onboarding/offboarding, professional development, employee engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives—while maintaining HR compliance and delivering measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
Employee Engagement and Retention
- Own the Employee Retention strategy focused on reducing turnover, enhancing company culture and improving productivity and growth.
- Provide clear communication and support to enhance employee confidence in their roles at Clear Measure
- Maintain a structured retention process including but not limited to quarterly employee check-ins, annual reviews, providing payroll and benefits clarity's,
- Implement recognition and engagement programs.
- Run and report Dream Program performance and impact.
Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, Zoho Recruit management, reference checks.
- Build scalable hiring processes that reduce time-to-hire and improve quality.
- Ensure an 80%+ candidate experience NPS.
Training, Coaching & Professional Development
- Identify training programs and certifications and learning pathways aligned to company goals.
- Build and manage a company-wide development framework, including role competencies and growth tracks.
- Organize internal workshops, lunch‑and‑learns, and skill‑building sessions.
- Coach managers on effective feedback, performance conversations, and employee growth planning.
- Create and report on learning pathways including individualized development plans (IDPs) i
- Incorporate multi-faceted training into learning pathways, including but not limited to: online courses, lunch and learns, in person trainings, conferences, mentor ships, peer-learning, etc.
- Track training effectiveness, participation, and ROI; recommend improvements based on data.
Culture, Events & Internal Communications
- Plan company events, off-sites, awards, celebrations, and staff meetings.
- Reinforce Core Values and positive team culture daily.
- Highlight development achievements and internal growth stories across communication channels.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own structured onboarding experience (Day 1 through 90 days).
- Ensure new hires have clear expectations, development plans, and early success milestones.
- Handle all offboarding steps with compliance and professionalism.
HR Systems, Compliance & Benefits Support
- Liaise with Insperity and external HR partners.
- Understands when to seek and share up‑to‑date knowledge of federal, state, and international employment laws and regulations impacting company HR practices and our staff.
- Manage BambooHR and Zoho Recruit accuracy, documentation, and processes.
- Maintain compliance files and run PTO/benefits processes.
Workforce Planning & Executive Partnership
- Forecast hiring needs with executives; report KPIs weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Monitor staffing levels, retention, and turnover; propose proactive solutions.
- Identify internal mobility opportunities and succession planning needs.
Employer Branding
- Responsible for creating a strong first impression of our company, ensuring interactions reflect our values, culture, and branding.
- Promote the company as a top workplace across channels.
- Maintain company culture and workplace brand content and manage award submissions.
- Showcase employee development success stories to strengthen brand perception.
