  • Establish standards for system ownership, lifecycle management, and supportability
  • Build automation and infrastructure-as-code using APIs, Terraform, and workflow platforms
  • Improve IT asset management (ITAM), system inventory, and lifecycle tracking
  • Enhance observability, reliability, and operational health of IT systems
  • Partner with Identity and Security teams to enforce access controls and integrations
  • Lead onboarding of new tools with a focus on scalability and maintainability
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex system issues
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, automation, and operational maturity
Who You Are
  • 7–10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, enterprise IT, or platform engineering
  • Strong generalist across SaaS platforms and enterprise IT systems
  • Deep hands-on experience with several of the following:
    • Google Workspace
    • Slack
    • DNS and domain management
    • Cloudflare or similar platforms
    • Email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong automation mindset with experience in Python, PowerShell, APIs, and Terraform
  • Experience designing scalable systems and improving operational reliability
  • Experience managing ITAM and system inventory
  • Proven ability to evaluate and rationalize tooling (standardization, consolidation, deprecation)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS and infrastructure-adjacent systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
  • Experience in high-growth or cloud-native environments
  • Experience working closely with Identity and Security teams
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Workato or similar)
