PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Staffing Coordinators to assist in caring for the needs of our clients. We have an immediate opening for a weekend Staffing Coordinator who can provide scheduling support and caring assistance for our caregivers and our community's most vulnerable.

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Serve as the primary weekend contact for caregivers.
  • Manage last-minute call-offs, schedule changes, and emergency staffing situations.
  • Confirm caregiver assignments and communicate schedule updates.
  • Answer incoming calls from clients and family members.
  • Address scheduling concerns and service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Notify clients and families of schedule changes or caregiver substitutions.

  • Document all schedule changes, client communications, and staffing activities.
  • Verify caregiver clock-ins, clock-outs, and visit completion as needed.
  • Previous experience in home care scheduling, healthcare scheduling, staffing coordination, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
