  • Analysis of key storeroom performance indicators and application of continuous improvement tools to address deviations and enhance operational results.
  • Development of a job‑kitting strategy in collaboration with maintenance planners to improve efficiency in executing planned work across the plant.
  • Systematic evaluation of inventory suitability as part of the annual obsolescence review.
  • Determination of appropriate inventory stock levels, partnering with procurement using criteria such as criticality, movement history, lead times, and vendor recommendations.
  • Fostering effective communication with stakeholders, including maintenance teams and plant coordinators, to quickly identify and resolve system or service failures transparently.

What you will bring:

  • Progressive experience in maintenance, operations, or manufacturing storeroom management, including demonstrated success in leading teams.
  • Proficiency with SAP or other CMMS platforms as they relate to maintenance workflows, inventory management, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
