What You'll Own
You're not here to manage relationships. You're here to create them, close them, and move on to the next one. Your day-to-day looks like:
- Owning the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to a signed contract. No handing off deals halfway through.
- Building and protecting your pipeline with enough coverage to consistently exceed quota, not just hit it.
- Hunting new business within a defined territory using strategic outreach, trade shows, conferences, and every channel at your disposal.
- Delivering sharp, compelling demos, web, and in-person that make the value of Hireology impossible to ignore.
- Negotiating deals on contract terms and pricing that close fast and hold up.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, owning every stage of a deal
- Healthcare SaaS experience is a strong advantage
- Salesforce proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent track record of results

Compensation:
- Base salary- $90,000
- OTE- $144,000 (Uncapped Commission)
