Company Description

At Ama La Vida, we believe coaching should be human, personalized, and inspiring. We're on a mission to help people live and lead more fulfilling lives—at work and beyond. We partner with companies that care deeply about their people and want to invest in them meaningfully.

We're also a fast-growing organization with a bold vision, a passionate team, and a culture that values authenticity, fun, and impact. If you're looking for a place to build something meaningful, be seen for your strengths, and grow your career while helping others grow theirs—you’ve found it.

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who’s part relationship whisperer, part strategic thinker, and part business driver. You’ll be the face of Ama La Vida to our corporate partners: building trust with executives, identifying where we can add value, and turning great relationships into long-term partnerships.

This is not your average account management role. It’s a chance to be a true partner—someone our clients rely on for strategic advice, not just deliverables. You’ll help them see what’s possible, show them how coaching can change lives and cultures, and drive meaningful growth for them and us.

You’ll Love This Role If You...

  • Can build trust with just about anyone—especially C-suite executives

  • Have that rare combo of charm and credibility—people just get you

  • See problems as opportunities and can quickly spot how we fit in

  • Know how to land and expand—you’re not afraid to go from warm-and-fuzzy to let’s-do-this-deal

  • Have experience working in people-centered functions like HR, coaching, L&D, org development - and you know what makes them tick

  • Have a strategic mind and a scrappy, get-it-done spirit

  • Want to own your work—not be micromanaged or told what to do

  • Are detail-oriented and organized, even when things move fast

What You’ll Do

  • Be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our amazing corporate clients

  • Build strong, genuine relationships that lead to long-term partnerships

  • Identify new opportunities for us to support our clients—then make it happen

  • Build new relationships to expand our footprint

  • Partner with internal teams (like coaching, operations, and marketing) to deliver magic

  • Own the full client journey—from kickoff through expansion

  • Help shape and refine our corporate strategy as we grow

  • Be accountable for both the relationship and the revenue

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles (consulting, account management, business development, etc.)

  • Experience in or deep understanding of the people-centered functions (this is key!)

  • Proven ability to build and grow client relationships

  • Sales mindset with the strategy chops to back it up

  • Confidence working with executives and senior leaders

  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect

  • Hunger to learn, grow, and take the lead

Additional Information

Why Ama La Vida?

  • A mission-driven team that’s genuinely fun, kind, and collaborative

  • A place where you’re trusted, supported, and empowered to own your role

  • Flexibility, autonomy, and space to innovate

  • A growing company where you can build something meaningful—and build your career while you’re at it

  • Oh, and we actually believe in coaching. You’ll get it here, too

Sound like your kind of role? We’d love to hear from you. Come help us change lives—and have a great time doing it.

Compensation

$80-85k Base salary + uncapped commission
