This is a highly visible position partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic packaging opportunities are delivered seamlessly — from planning through delivery.

Your role

The Strategic Accounts Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating packaging projects for high-value, complex customers. You will manage timelines, resources, and internal alignment while serving as the central point of coordination for strategic customer initiatives. Your work will directly support gross-profit-producing opportunities and the success of our Strategic Accounts program.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of packaging projects for strategic customers

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful outcomes

  • Partner closely with Sales, Packaging Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to align objectives and deliverables

  • Act as the primary internal coordinator for strategic customer packaging initiatives

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies — driving resolution to keep projects on track

  • Support sales teams by managing the day-to-day execution details required to advance complex opportunities

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, sales support, or a related role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

  • A meticulous, proactive approach with a passion for driving projects forward

  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, or customer-facing environments is a plus
