At Quisitive, we’re building the next chapter of enterprise technology transformation—where cloud, data, security, and AI come together to drive real business outcomes. We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive focused on large strategic enterprises to help lead that charge by bringing in complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities and shaping long-term partnerships at the highest levels of our clients’ organizations.

This role is designed for an experienced strategic Microsoft-focused enterprise seller with a proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals. The ideal candidate consistently meets or exceeds $8M+ quotas and has a deep understanding of offshore and global delivery models—and how to position and sell them effectively.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives in complexity, brings deep executive relationships, and knows how to sell and scale solutions that leverage global and offshore delivery capabilities.

What You’ll DoLead High-Impact Enterprise Growth
  • Originate, structure, and close multi-million-dollar, enterprise-scale deals with new logo customers
  • Own complex, consultative sales cycles from first conversation through long-term expansion
  • Build a pipeline of transformational opportunities aligned to Quisitive’s growth strategy
Build Trusted Executive Partnerships
  • Develop authentic, long-standing relationships with C-suite and senior executive leaders (CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, COO)
  • Act as a trusted advisor—connecting business outcomes to technology and delivery strategy
  • Represent Quisitive with confidence and credibility in executive forums
Orchestrate Complex, Global Deals
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, solutioning, delivery, and executive leadership
  • Shape compelling value propositions that leverage offshore and global delivery capabilities
  • Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, executable, and differentiated
Operate with an Owner Mentality
  • Take accountability for outcomes—not just bookings, but long-term customer success
  • Provide market insight and feedback to influence go-to-market strategy and offerings
  • Mentor and elevate others by modeling what enterprise excellence looks like

  • Closing seven- and eight-figure deals with strategic enterprise customers
