Within our Strategic Global Accounts organization, you will work in a collaborative, professional, and global environment alongside regional sales, engineering, product divisions, and executive sponsors to help shape long-term growth with select global OEM customers. What sets this role apart is the level of strategic ownership, visibility, and cross-functional influence it offers at this stage of a career. You will have the opportunity to influence customer direction, drive design wins through to revenue, and represent a broad Microchip portfolio in conversations that matter to the customer’s business. For a high-performing sales professional ready for greater scope and impact, this role offers a meaningful platform to accelerate into strategic account leadership and make an impact that is visible across the business.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    Requirements/Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline

    - 3 to 5 years of semiconductor or OEM sales experience with technically complex, multi-site or global customers

    - Demonstrated success driving design wins, expanding business, or increasing account influence in a technical sales environment

    - Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and regional sales teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority

    - Industrial or complex OEM market knowledge preferred

    - Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent

    We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.     Benefits of working at Microchip

    The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $103,000 - $204,000.*

    *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
