We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to manage and grow our largest renewal accounts. As the primary point of contact for these key clients, you will be responsible for ensuring continued satisfaction, coordinating with Account Managers (AMs) and Ad Operations teams to maintain and grow revenue. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to retain and expand existing relationships, driving incremental growth within these high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for large renewal accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Revenue Retention & Growth: Focus on retaining existing revenue while identifying and executing on opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Ad Operations teams to coordinate campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, positioning Strategus as a trusted partner.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review account performance and deliver detailed reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  • Sales & Retention Metrics: Meet or exceed retention and growth targets as defined by the company, contributing to overall revenue goals.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly within CTV and programmatic media.

  • Results-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results that align with company objectives.

Compensation: The target base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000/year based on experience plus performance-based commissions tied to account retention and new growth within assigned accounts.
