CFGI’s Business Transformation Practice is seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Strategic Partnerships.  In this critical role, you will work closely with senior leadership, reporting to the Partner, Strategic Partnerships, to shape and execute business strategies that drive long-term success for CFGI’s strategic alliances and technology partnerships. With a focus on growth and innovation, you will lead by example, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting CFGI’s strategic initiatives around strategic alliances and technology partnerships, while also being comfortable driving tactical execution and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
 
·       Develop and Execute Strategic Alliances and Technology Partnership Strategy: Work with senior leadership team to build and execute a comprehensive strategic alliances and technology partnership strategy and framework, aligned with CFGI’s goals and revenue targets. 
·       Identify New Partner Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic alliances and technology partnerships that could drive significant value to CFGI.
·       Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our top strategic alliances and technology partnerships, ensuring ongoing alignment of goals, effective communication, and mutually beneficial outcomes. 
·       Product Collaboration: Work closely with CFGI leadership across all service offerings to involve our strategic alliances and technology partnerships in the development and go-to-market rollout of our service offerings, including identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities that align with CFGI’s business objectives. 
·       Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the internal champion for strategic alliance and technology partnership initiatives, coordinating with marketing and CFGI leadership to ensure smooth execution of strategic alliance and partnership initiatives. 
·       Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training and enablement to support the onboarding of new strategic alliances and technology partnerships. 
·       Negotiation & Agreement Structuring: Lead negotiations and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with CFGI’s goals and mutual value creation. 
·       Performance Management: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic alliances and technology partnerships, providing regular reporting to CFGI senior leadership and internal stakeholders. 
·       Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to drive innovation and identify new partnership opportunities. 
·       Brand Positioning: Represent CFGI at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships with key strategic alliances and technology partners. 
·       Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve CFGI’s strategic alliance and technology partnership framework.
 
Qualifications and Capabilities:
 
·       Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in maintaining or building strategic alliances and technology partnerships, including experience and proven success in a strategic partnership role. 
·       Strong understanding of technology solutions (e.g., ERP systems), the partnership ecosystem, and digital transformation trends. 
·       Experience working in the technology/accounting/financial management domain. 
·       Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and facilitating buy-in across diverse stakeholders. 
·       Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. 
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
engage key stakeholders effectively. 
·       Strong attention to detail, including strong written communications skills. 
·       Driven and committed to exceeding targets. 
·       Team player with a collaborative orientation. 
·       Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment. 
·       Travel is required.
