Job Description Summary

Castlight Health is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Growth & Partnerships team and own critical partner relationships. This individual will act as the primary contact for strategic partnerships, which are a key market differentiator for Castlight Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth through our integrated Ecosystem. The success of our partnerships is integral to our market differentiation, making this a pivotal role in shaping our success. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment and is passionate about advancing primary care through digital health.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, championing Castlight Health’s mission and the value of our Ecosystem.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, finance and partners to unlock shared revenue opportunities and maximize revenue growth with partners.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners including development and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives, client launches and escalations.

  • Proactively establish and monitor performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones that ensure a productive partner relationship.

  • Develop strong relationships with ecosystem partners, including at the executive level, and incorporate other internal teams, when needed. 

  • Organize partnership-related events and drive initiatives that improve our stickiness within the market and for our clients and members.

  • Monitor the health and performance of partners. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years experience in business development, customer success, alliance or sales roles.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to negotiate deals, including experience working with Legal to execute agreements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in fostering strong relationships with external clients and partners.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, CRM, Google Workspace, Tableau, Jira, Asana is a plus

  • Strong technical acumen.

  • Self-sufficient, fast learner, takes initiative, and eager to own projects.

  • Interest in advanced primary care/the healthcare industry and the challenges/complexities of industry transformation.

  • Desire to contribute to high visibility, strategic projects within the organization.

  • Experience working with healthcare point solutions is a major plus.

Compensation Range:

$108,466.00

to

$162,698.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
