The Strategic Performance Engineer ensures flawless technical execution and product adoption from Day 1. Serving as the bridge between Sales, Implementation, and long-term Customer Success, this role focuses on complex dealer launches and reducing time-to-value.


  • Strategic Onboarding: Lead the on-site launch phase for complex dealer groups to ensure 100% feature utilization and technical alignment.
  • Account Owner Partnership: Work in tandem with PM/RPMs to ensure a structured, organized transition from implementation to long-term management.
  • Technical Liaison: Translate client-specific needs into scalable solutions by acting as the feedback loop between the client and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine the "Launch Playbook" to standardize deployment and ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Identify and report on technical hurdles or UI/UX friction encountered during the early stages of adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Subject Matter Expert: Technically minded RPM or NPM with deep product knowledge and an understanding of data integrations.
  • Change Management Consultant: Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead technical discussions at both the store level and the C-suite.
  • Operational Rigor: Extreme attention to detail regarding UI setup and data integrity.
  • Mobility: Must be comfortable with 75% travel and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
