SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transaction with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.

We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.

We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.

SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Role:

As a Strategic Product Marketing Lead, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for one of SentiLink’s core products. Your north star is driving ARR growth and partner value for your product. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Partner Success to ensure our products are successfully launched, adopted, and scaled across our partner base. This role is an opportunity to build a category-defining GTM function at SentiLink.

This is a remote, US-based role.

Responsibilities:
  • Own GTM strategy and execution for SentiLink’s core synthetic and identity products, with accountability for ARR growth and adoption

  • Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to successfully launch and scale products

  • Drive product launches, model rollouts, and cross-sell initiatives into existing partners

  • Build and scale foundational GTM systems, including training programs, pricing/packaging guidelines, and sales enablement

  • Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates SentiLink in the market

  • Develop and maintain concise, one-page marketing battle cards that equip sales teams with actionable competitive intelligence, enabling them to address objections, articulate key differentiators, and improve win rates

  • Use data and partner insights to continuously refine GTM strategy and inform product direction to help establish SentiLink as the market leader in identity verification

  • Perform market research, competitive and opportunity analysis

  • Create and evolve the differentiated messaging for SentiLink’s products and brand

  • Develop high-impact messaging, positioning, and enablement materials to support Sales and Partner Success

  • Create repeatable processes for launching, selling, and supporting products

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience at a successful enterprise (B2B) SaaS company

  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to product launches, GTM strategy, or revenue growth initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience marketing for complex, API-driven products, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for customer-facing teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information and drive content in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong operator mindset with a willingness to execute and build from scratch

  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to both develop a GTM plan and then manage the necessary stakeholders to ensure outstanding execution

  • Analytical and metric-driven mindset

  • A bias to action and a desire to get your hands dirty - a lot of this role will involve personally producing collateral and content

  • A plus: experience in identity verification or fraud prevention solutions; security solutions; or the consumer financial services industry

  • A plus: some ability to analyze data (SQL, Excel, and/or basic scripting)

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:
  • $160,000-$210,000/year + equity + benefits

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes
