About the role:

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate, Supply Quality to own the execution of the programs that keep Curri's driver network the most reliable in the market. In this role, you will become the operational backbone of supply quality, running core driver quality programs, managing our external BPO team, and partnering directly with Growth to resolve issues on Curri's most strategic accounts.

What you will do:

  • Own supply quality issues for Curri's most important customers, partnering with the Growth team to investigate root causes and drive fixes through to resolution.

  • Manage Curri's external BPO team day to day, building and maintaining SOPs, leading training, and holding them to a consistent quality bar.

  • Run and continuously improve Curri's core driver quality programs and processes.

  • Coordinate across Growth, Revenue Operations, and other teams to flag, escalate, and resolve supply quality issues before they turn into churn.

  • Track the metrics that matter across driver quality programs, using spreadsheets and SQL to organize data and turn it into recommendations.

  • Build toward full ownership of supply quality escalations for top logos, with measurable improvement in strategic account delivery quality within your first year.

What you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, ideally in a fast-moving marketplace, logistics, or startup environment.

  • Sharp problem solver who can diagnose root causes and identify which operational levers to pull, rather than treating symptoms.

  • Comfortable managing stakeholders across functions and levels, including holding partners accountable who don't report to you, and translating that into clear, well-structured SOPs.

  • Data-first approach, using spreadsheets and SQL to organize information, track metrics, and back decisions with evidence rather than instinct.

  • Strong ownership mentality, able to work through ambiguity and drive a solution to completion even when the right answer isn't obvious upfront.

Bonus points for:

  • Startup experience.

  • Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational workflows.

  • Strong SQL skills beyond basic querying.

What is in it for you?

  • Direct ownership of the programs that keep Curri's driver network reliable, with visibility into our most strategic customer accounts.

  • A clear path from execution-focused work today into more strategic, end-to-end ownership as you prove out the programs you run.

  • Close partnership with Growth and Revenue Operations on work that directly affects retention of Curri's top logos.

  • Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K).

  • Fully remote within the U.S., with no office hub requirement. A high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has direct and measurable impact.
