KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Learning Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in learning and development processes, compliance training, employee development, certifications, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration.

This role will collaborate with HR, Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable learning solutions that enhance employee skills, compliance management, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.

  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments.

  • Configure and manage:

    • Learning Management System (LMS)

    • Learning Assignments

    • Curricula

    • Programs

    • Certifications

    • Learning Paths

    • Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

    • Online Learning Content

    • Compliance Training

  • Design learning processes aligned with SAP best practices and organizational objectives.

  • Support all implementation phases from design through go-live and hypercare.

Business Process Consulting
  • Analyze current learning and development processes and recommend improvements.

  • Advise clients on employee development, training compliance, and workforce learning strategies.

  • Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and business process documentation.

  • Support digital learning transformation initiatives and learning governance frameworks.

  • Recommend best practices for employee training and skills development programs.

Integration & Data Migration
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support integrations with Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and third-party learning content providers.

  • Support migration of historical learning records, certifications, and training data.

  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and system integration testing activities.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance requirements are met.

Testing, Training & Deployment
  • Develop test scripts and support SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.

  • Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions.

  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Assist with user adoption and learning enablement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Learning consulting experience.

  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Learning & Development Processes

    • Training Administration

    • Compliance Training

    • Certifications & Qualifications

    • Employee Development Programs

    • Learning Governance

  • Experience supporting cloud HR transformation projects.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification.

  • Experience with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs.

  • Knowledge of Employee Central and Learning integrations.

  • SAP Activate methodology experience.

  • Experience with content providers such as LinkedIn Learning, Open Content Network (OCN), or other LMS integrations.

  • Consulting or System Integrator experience.
