variety of projects across the Global Law & Policy team, including in some or all of the following areas: commercial contracts, IP, product development, sourcing, data privacy, healthcare compliance, research & development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, investigations and litigation.
Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Works on projects often requiring independent decision-making across a variety of legal subject matters

Conducts legal research and analysis of legal questions/contracts and provides analysis of the same.

Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.

May be asked to analyze data with excel or various other analysis tools
-
May be asked to participate in early talent events, seminars, trainings or projects.

Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required.
Required qualifications:
-
Bachelors Degree
-
Current enrollment in an ABA accredited law school

Strong legal research and analysis skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Must be able to work with high accuracy and integrity
-
Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with departmental guidelines
-
First or second year student at accredited law school
