Job Summary:
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you are expected to implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience improvement initiatives and demonstrate their value. You will assist in successful execution of customer promotional events through the coordination with Chamberlain Group's functional contacts in Sales, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Customer Service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance, or marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Influencing skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to understand the customer experience
- Able to travel up to 10% - domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS / Lean / Six Sigma
- SAP experience
- BI reporting
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive seemless reporting and analytics through the coordination with Chamberlain Group's functional contacts in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Customer Service
- Assist in development of immediate and long-term corrective action plans in cooperation with Chamberlain Group's Supply Chain to identify service issues and failure
- Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements as defined by ongoing development of customer specific targets and measure and reconcile to customer defined scorecards
- Drive continued improvement in customer experience through building strong cross-functional relationships and leverage the relationships to influence the strategy and operations of each function
- Work collaboratively with planning team and operations to establish best practices for reporting, analysis, and insights in forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels
- Analyze actual sales to customers and sell-out data to actively identify exceptional or unforecasted activities; drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan; communicate these actions to stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation, review, and action planning for key KPI's across the supply chain
- This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Sourcing, Planning, and Logistics group
This role will be hybrid out of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters.
