Position Overview:

Regal Rexnord is continuing to expand, and as the business operates at a faster pace and becomes more data‑driven, we are seeking a Senior SIOP Analytics professional to be a critical part of this exciting digital transformation. A successful individual contributor in this role will drive strategic analytics initiatives to improve Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) metrics, specifically targeting forecast accuracy and bias improvements, working capital cost savings, and best‑in‑class customer service levels. The individual for this role should be highly analytical, possess strong communication skills, and take a collaborative, influential approach to building intelligence, insights, and innovation across the business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence

  • Leverage trusted data sources and analytics technologies to communicate key performance measures to cross‑functional business partners, while auditing and escalating data issues to ensure information integrity.
  • Develop, enhance, and support insightful and interactive reports and dashboards, ensuring functionality and visibility evolve with the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with end users to define use‑cases that solve complex data‑related problems and translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at multiple levels to drive business value, adoption, and standardization.

Analytics Engineering

  • Partner closely with business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured, accessible, and optimized for analysis.
  • Assess the performance of current analytics tools and identify opportunities to further leverage tool capacity and capabilities, including evaluating accuracy and driving continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement data models, transformations, and ETL processes that prepare data for business consumption and analysis.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling, governance, quality, and performance optimization, while contributing to the advancement of modern analytics architectures and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics and/or related field, with minimum of 5 years of industry experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Visualization techniques, & BI Development tools with a demonstrated track record of developing new data intelligence solutions.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and relating scripting, inclusive of DAX, SQL, and Python.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and is flexible in adapting to changing trends in the business and ad hoc projects and requests.
  • Applies analytical thinking to make critical decisions in the company’s best interest while recognizing the impact of these decisions on other functional areas downstream.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP/Order Management platforms (Oracle, Demantra, SAP, etc.).

Schedule: Hybrid work-environment, with weekly onsite availability in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
