Job Description

The Change Manager, reporting to the Sr. Manager of the Supply Chain PMO, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a robust change management program across our large, cross-functional Supply Chain organization. This role is critical to ensuring that change initiatives—particularly those related to new systems (e.g., ERP/WMS), process optimizations, and organizational restructurings—are adopted effectively and sustainably by all impacted stakeholders, ultimately driving the realization of intended business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy and Planning:

    • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans using a structured methodology (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).

    • Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analyses to identify risk areas and tailor engagement strategies across diverse Supply Chain functions (e.g., Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory).

  • Communication & Engagement:

    • Develop and manage targeted communication plans that ensure consistent messaging and transparency across all levels of the organization, from warehouse associates to executive sponsors.

    • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and build commitment to the change.

  • Training and Readiness:

    • Partner with training teams and SMEs to define, develop, and deliver effective training programs for new processes and technology.

    • Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance to maximize employee adoption and usage.

  • Sponsorship and Coaching:

    • Provide guidance and coaching to executive sponsors and project managers to ensure active and visible support for change initiatives.

    • Develop coaching plans for people managers and supervisors to help them lead their teams through transitions.

  • Measurement and Sustainment:

    • Define and track success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for change adoption.

    • Manage transition activities and develop post-implementation sustainment plans to reinforce the change and address residual resistance or issues.

Additional Qualified Skills

  • Proven proficiency in a formal change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci certification is highly desirable).

  • Demonstrated experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environment, understanding the impact of change on operational processes and systems.

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define change metrics and report on progress.

  • Proficiency in change management tools and techniques, including impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and resistance management.

  • Relevant professional certifications a plus (e.g., PMP, SCPro).

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000  - $130,000 USD
