(Ops Lead – Stand Up & Enablement)

Dentsu is seeking a GenAI Marketing Supply Chain Program Manager to join our cross functional innovation team at the intersection of creative, media, data and technology. In this role you will support the enablement of modern, GenAI‑driven content and media supply chain workflows across the marketing ecosystem. You will be the bridge between creative, media, CX, operations, and client‑facing solutioning, ensuring programs are organized, scalable, and executable across teams. You will lead and support the operationalization of Dentsu’s Gen Studio / Gen Studio Plus (Adobe) capabilities and help translate strategic solutions into actionable programs.

About the Role
The GenAI Marketing Supply Chain Program Manager is the operational backbone that ensures transformation solutions are stood up correctly before they are executed. Supporting the Content Supply Chain Business Owner, this role configures the systems, workflows, and processes that enable the VP’s strategy to come to life. With deep knowledge of agency operations, content workflows, and enabling technology platforms, you’ll build the foundation that allows Project Managers and delivery teams to run at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Stand-Up: Translate strategic solutions into operational reality by configuring workflows, resourcing models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Technology Enablement: Oversee setup and governance of enabling platforms (Workfront, Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Clinch, Flashtalking, etc.), ensuring technology accelerates delivery.
  • Operational Leadership: Build the structures that connect creative, content, and media supply chains into a unified ecosystem.
  • Business Operations: Manage operational aspects of the supply chain including resourcing, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Change Enablement: Champion new ways of working and ensure processes are adopted across creative and media teams with minimal disruption.
  • Leadership Support: Act as the right hand to the Content Supply Chain Business Owner, ensuring initiatives are implemented with rigor and discipline.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in program management, operations, or business management within creative agencies, media, or marketing transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of content and media supply chains and how they converge in modern marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience standing up workflows, systems, and operational models that support integrated creative + media delivery.
  • Hands-on fluency with marketing technology platforms such as Workfront (setup/orchestration), Adobe Creative Cloud/Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Braze, Clinch, Flashtalking, Frame.io, Stensul, or similar.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $99,500 - $132,800. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.
