Summary:

The SVP, AI Platform & Automation owns the AI infrastructure and automation capabilities across the firm. This role is responsible for building, delivering, and scaling AI-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, reduce cost, and enable new ways of working.

This is a platform and execution role. Success is defined by the ability to deliver scalable, reusable capabilities and ensure they are adopted across the enterprise.


Core Responsibilities:

AI Infrastructure & Platform

  • Own the enterprise AI platform, including Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform)
  • Manage platform architecture, environments, and integrations
  • Own licensing, cost management, and vendor relationships (e.g., Microsoft, Cyclotron)
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI infrastructure

Automation & AI Delivery

  • Lead delivery of AI and automation solutions across all business units
  • Build and deploy agents, workflows, and integrations
  • Ensure solutions are reusable and scalable across the organization
  • Partner with program management to drive execution timelines and outcomes

Execution & Scale

  • Establish a repeatable delivery model for AI and automation initiatives
  • Scale solutions across multiple business lines (“build once, reuse many times”)
  • Continuously improve delivery speed, quality, and impact

Training & Enablement

  • Lead enterprise AI training and enablement programs
  • Ensure responsible, secure use of AI tools
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the organization

Accountability

  • AI infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Speed and quality of automation and AI delivery
  • Reusability of solutions across business units
  • Enterprise adoption of AI capabilities

What This Role Does Not Own

  • Business ideation, prioritization, or opportunity pipeline
  • Business stakeholder intake and alignment
  • Data platform engineering or data pipeline ownership
  • Business reporting or analytics outcomes

Leadership Profile

  • Strong builder and operator with a focus on execution
  • Deep experience in AI, automation, and platform engineering
  • Proven ability to deliver production-grade solutions at scale
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams

Success Metrics

  • Delivery of AI and automation initiatives with measurable ROI
  • Reduction in manual processes and operational effort
  • Adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the enterprise
  • Efficient management of AI platform costs and licensing
  • Scalability and reuse of delivered solutions

Role Objective:

  • Establish AI as a core infrastructure layer of the enterprise, enabling scalable automation and intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes across the firm.

What We Offer:
We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $200,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
