Summary of the RoleChannel marketing plays a strategic role for the firm by driving marketing campaigns that help execute our goals. This function helps align client needs and business priorities to the development and delivery of marketing plans, activities, and resources. This role will oversee all channels and will be primarily responsible for Wirehouses, Broker Dealers and Independents, which currently represent the largest asset footprint and are expected to be the fastest growing for Calamos Investments.The SVP, Director of Channel Marketing has the unique opportunity to develop and execute forward-thinking, influential marketing plans to address client needs and drive product adoption by financial advisors and professional buyers across all channels. Channel specifics include Wirehouses, Broker Dealers, Independents, Registered Investment Advisors, Wealth Management and Institutional. Finally, this role also serves as a strategic partner to our sales and key accounts teams, providing tools and resources that enable their successes.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies that align with business objectives across multiple distribution channels
- Partner with sales leadership to create go-to-market plans that support channel expansion and deepen existing relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and channel dynamics to identify growth opportunities in partnership with Product Research team
- Design and deliver marketing programs, tools, and resources that empower distribution partners to effectively communicate investment solutions to end clients
- Create customized marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets tailored to each channel's unique needs
- Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with product, distribution, and investment teams to ensure consistent messaging and focus on priority projects
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Serve as primary marketing liaison with key distribution partners, building trusted relationships and understanding their business priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences
- 10+ years of channel or cross-channel marketing experience in asset management
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing planning and execution across marketing mediums – digital, PR/media, social & search, campaigns, and events
- Data and digital-first minded, value and utilize both quantitative and qualitative information to make decisions and prioritize
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to partner, collaborate and work within a team
- Familiarity with MarTech is beneficial, but not required
