The SVP, Media is one of Inizio Evoke's most senior media leaders, responsible for both delivering marquee client leadership and shaping how Inizio Evoke wins future business. You will deliver transformational client leadership while helping define the future of our media practice. You will split their time between serving as the executive lead for our largest clients' relationships and building an excellent media growth engine

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives equally in the boardroom and the war room. The role involves building trusted client relationships, inspiring teams, and developing innovative media strategies. Additionally, it requires helping shape how Inizio Evoke wins, from our pitch methodology and strategic narratives to leading competitive reviews and new business presentations.

You Will:
  • Main Responsibilities

    • 50% Client Leadership — Be the executive sponsor and strategic lead for one of our largest client relationships.

    • 50% Agency Growth — Lead the agency's media pitch capability, developing the product, narrative, tools and team that fuel growth.

    Executive Client Leadership (50%)

    • Be a senior strategic lead for a flagship client relationship(s)

    • Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and commercial leaders.

    • Lead integrated media strategy across HCP, patient and consumer audiences.

    • Guide annual planning, investment strategy, measurement and optimization.

    • Identify opportunities to expand the partnership through thinking and delivery.

    • Mentor diverse teams and enhance strategic thinking across the account.

    • Partner with Evoke integrated services, including Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics and Engagement Planning.

    Growth & New Business Leadership (50%)

    • Build and evolve Inizio Evoke's media pitch product and go-to-market story.

    • Lead media strategy for competitive reviews, RFPs and credentials presentations.

    • Develop repeatable frameworks, planning tools and pitch assets that improve both quality and efficiency.

    • Coach media leaders and SMEs participating in pitches.

    • Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies.

    • Translate industry trends, AI, data and measurement progress into compelling client solutions.

    • Represent the agency at client meetings, conferences and industry events.

    • Increase media-driven organic growth opportunities.

    • Build a repeatable media pitch process that differentiates Inizio Evoke.

    • Improve win rates.

    • Raise the strategic quality and consistency of media recommendations across the agency.

    • Help position Inizio Evoke as one of the industry's most innovative healthcare media agencies.

You Have:
  • What We're Looking For

    • 12+ years leading media strategy within an agency environment.

    • Deep healthcare and pharmaceutical media expertise.

    • Experience leading complex client relationships.

    • Storyteller and presenter with significant pitch experience.

    • Experience winning new business and building agency capabilities.

    • Strong understanding of omnichannel media, analytics and new technology.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
