SVP Operations - New Business Lines Position Summary:

The Senior Vice President will lead the strategic design, launch, and growth of new service lines within an asset-light business model. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business development, operational, and financial acumen to drive scalable growth through partnerships, technology, and innovative service delivery. Additionally, the SVP will oversee the Support Center and provide administrative leadership to ensure operational efficiency and organizational alignment.


SVP Operations - New Business Lines Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategies for introducing new service lines aligned with corporate objectives; conduct market research and competitive analysis; develop a roadmap for service expansion with clear milestones and KPIs.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances and vendor partnerships; negotiate contracts and agreements; build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis; drive cost efficiency and margin improvement; monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to profitability targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement scalable processes and technology platforms; develop staffing strategies; establish KPIs and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
  • Support Center & Administrative Oversight: Provide leadership and direction for the Support Center; oversee administrative functions including compliance, reporting, and internal controls; drive process improvements and standardization; ensure alignment between support functions and strategic objectives.
  • Innovation & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends; foster a culture of innovation and adaptability; evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into service offerings.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards; maintain transparency and accountability in all business dealings.
  • Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

SVP Operations - New Business Lines Requirements 

  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles, with proven success in launching new business lines or services.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, negotiation, financial analysis, operational management, leadership, and administrative oversight.
  • Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and ability to drive organizational change
