Role Overview:
The Content Curation Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and curating written and audio content in line with established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across assigned queues while adhering to information security standards.

Job Title: Swedish Content Specialist
Working Hours:  PST 
Duration: 12 Months.
Salary/Compensation: $23/HR
Location: USA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily content curation for written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when covered by guidelines.
Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).
Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
