Position Description:  
 
PingWind is seeking System Administrator serves as the senior technical authority responsible for securing wireless communications and managing cross-domain information sharing across classified and unclassified networks. This role ensures that wireless systems and cross-domain solutions operate securely within Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity frameworks.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Provide support to the Government to maintain, deploy, implement, and support the current National Security Agency Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Virtual Private Network (VPN) Capability Package or other wireless solutions. 
• Ensure support for CSfC operations at both SHAW AFB and Kuwait (Primary).
• Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and controlling all security functions for the entire suite of produces composing the VPNM solution within a single site.
• Apply the latest security critical software patches and updates (such as IAVAs) to each product.
• Develop a POA&M to implement the security corrections throughout the AOR following all DoD and DISA instruction and requirements.
• Employ Government approved defenses of auxiliary network devices to enable proper and secure functionality of the VPN solution. The Government will provide a list (APL), or the location of the list, of the Government approved defenses.
 
Required Qualifications
 
• Secret
• DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III with a CCNA or greater.

Salary Range

$97K - $135K

The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
